The game stores there stats in a byte, including stuff like the resistance values (I do think that they can use 2 bytes tho have not tried to test this). Earn a few points, and assign them, but leave 2 points unassigned and hit apply, then the minimum value is restored. God mode for all your units I did not bother with buildings.
